WHAT:
Conference Rebrand

WHY:
After 23 years of hosting an annual User Conference for Trapeze’s customers, we realized that what we were doing didn’t fit the changing needs of our customers and our industry. Rebranding the conference meant changing a household name for our customers and our employees. After much strategizing, we rebranded the Trapeze User Conference to ThinkTransit: The Trapeze Technology Conference.

RESULTS:
The rebrand resulted in better website traffic than the year prior (pages visited per session jumped 39.58%, with session duration increasing 23.24%, and bounce rates decreasing by 14.26%.) We also had an increase in first-time attendees (36.6% in 2016 to 45% in 2017), an increase in decision-maker attendance (7% in 2016 to 35% in 2017), and unique transit agency attendance also increased from 81 to 100.
